In This Issue . . .Job security is paramount to US Airways pilots. If management wants Plan B to get off the ground, they must negotiate a small jet proposal with us that meets our job security requirements and promotes mainline growth, MEC Chairman Chris Beebe writes on page 6. It is time for the Company to realize that cooperation and compromise with the pilot group--values management has rarely shown--will be the only way to make US Airways a successful carrier.
