Are you willing to help returning furloughees and new-hire pilots accomplish the transition from initial training to flying the line?

Sign up for the Membership Services Committee's
Mentor Program

You'll simply contact a returning or newly-hired pilot and make yourself available to answer questions on day-to-day operations, such as bidding, scheduling, CATCREW, and other items that may arise.

If you would like to get involved in ALPA work but you aren’t exactly sure what kind of work would suit you best, contact your LEC reps or the Membership Services Committee through the MEC office.
