Volume 17
Number 2
Spring/Summer 2002

In This Issue . . .

During difficult times, ALPA's structure enables the union to determine and effectively maintain all pilots' needs. MEC Chairman Chris Beebe writes about what ALPA is doing for you now and has been doing through every crisis. ALPA's actions are designed to lead to long-term solutions that will strengthen the pilots' position.

On page 31, the Retirement and Insurance Committee discusses pilots' options on ALPA membership plans that are used to augment income during the recovery of illness or injury.
