Interim Grievance Committee Chairman Doug Mowerys article, "Illegal Rescheduling," provides examples of illegal rescheduling requests and how to handle one if you are asked to do so by Scheduling. The article also provides an update on the Section 25 (F) Rescheduling grievance and the MECs grievance on the Companys drug and alcohol testing policy.
